As skymningen said. Nothing is ruined. You've learned that your body has adjusted away from eating unhealthy food! Now you don't have to rely on willpower to keep you away from "delicious food you love", you can turn it away more easily knowing it will only make you sick. All your hard work readjusted your body's tastes,…

I want to be able to do a muscle-up on rings, and a handstand, and a backflip, and to vault over a low wall, but most of all I want to be able to do a quad jump on ice :)

A a a a h you're stunning <3 <3 <3 congrats on all your hard work! (And you have great taste in fashion :p )

I just came back from vacation to see my family in Central Europe, and I know exactly what you mean. I actually lost two pounds because the food was so bad I didn't eat any of it. Lidl has an acceptable produce section, I found. Definitely better than Billa. The bigger cities might have a market day once in a while. If…

I think that moisturising your skin, and eating omega 3s and protein, as someone else said, will help it keep its elasticity and not be as saggy or loose? I was also under the impression that you only get loose skin if you lose weight very fast.

I've been awake for two hours, but I just measured and got 66.2. I had no idea that was so relatively high.

You can try googling progressions or preparation poses - that will show you steps you can take to get there. Here's one I found for crow pose - https://www.doyouyoga.com/5-yoga-poses-to-prepare-for-crow-pose-18130/ I can't do them yet because I have no consistency or follow-through, but I found that for crow pose, it…

Try running with a metronome, to keep your pace steady. Maybe start with 150 or 160 bpm. I didn't think I was running too fast, at first, I just thought I was so out of shape that I could barely run for 15 seconds, despite being able to walk for hours. But no, I really was just running too fast.

You should absolutely do it!!! I have a BMI of almost 30 and I love ice skating so so much. My rink is down for repairs, but I used to burn like 1000 calories skating 3hrs a day.

Kale chips are the best things ever. I could probably eat a head's worth of kale chips in one sitting if I let myself. I also had a kale salad with pears and toasted walnuts and feta once, that was quite good.

Try eating venison if you can find it? It has a low calorie density, so you can eat a lot and really fill up on it and stay well under 500 calories

For vitamin C, I know you're absolutely fine. I go over mine by 500% usually. For vitamin A, you CAN actually have too much, and your skin can start to turn orange, but you may want to do further research on it. I know the RDV of vitamin C is the amount necessary to avoid scurvy, so it's good to get plenty more. The RDV of…

I drink water and eat something healthy and tell myself if I still want whatever I'm craving when I'm not hungry or thirsty anymore, I'll eat it. I never do.

I'm not sure about the anxiety, but everything else sounds to me like a symptom of not eating enough. Can't sleep could either be from being hungry or from the anxiety. I think the main thing is that 1300 calories is too steep a drop from whatever you were eating before. I think maybe if you added in exercise, and then ate…

Whatever juicer you buy, it should probably be metal so you don't get bits of plastic flaking into your food. The Amazon reviews on finding ground plastic in their juice is what turned me off of buying one in the past. I also read that centrifugal (?) juicers generate heat and end up cooking the juice, so some people…

Well, cutting them into very small pieces and mixing them in with either beef or chicken into a stir fry helped me include lots more vegetables into my diet. It's a lot easier than just trying to eat plain vegetables, I think, and hot vegetables are usually more filling and tasty and satisfying than a cold salad. Also,…

Hey, same and same  I just started a jogging plan this week :)

You got it.... Thanks for all the suggestions, guys, the ones I've tried have been successful so far. You're absolutely right that I need to plan meals better, because even if I just replaced bread with something like sweet potatoes or whatever, I'd end up relying too heavily on that food, which isn't good either.…

Thanks for your reply! I do try to eat them in moderation; every day I try to make sure I eat things other than bread, and not have more than two pieces in one sitting, and not have it for every meal. In general, though, I prefer to refuse certain foods unilaterally - it creates a psychological block that I find really…

Hot salad :) I made it in a frying pan a few days ago - spinach, peppers, snap peas, avocado, and broccoli florets. I did hold it together with an egg, so it was like scrambled egg salad, but you can totally leave it out. You can probably use lettuce leaves as a neutral "side" since you can't have any kind of bread or…

I end up feeling kind of nauseous if I don't eat yogurt every day or two, so that most likely has something to do with probiotics. The supplements I only really take when I'm actually sick and on antibiotics, though my mom does take them regularly. I think you should try them, and you'll be able to tell whether you feel…

Lol, any links? And I'm not old enough or American enough to get into a club /:

I always wanted to do it but when you read about it and read the reviews of the different juicers, there are a lot of articles saying that centrifugal juicers 'cook' your juice due to the high heat and basically it's nowhere near as nutritious as it should be, and then masticating juicers are so expensive but even when you…

Trying to lose 46lbs (according to google =)) I don't think I'm an emotional eater? It's just so easy to say I'll eat fruit and veggies and healthy stuff when m full and then I get hungry and it all just kinda.... seems painful /; but anyways, feel free to add me anyway =)

See, I'm being encouraged already =D you're awesome ^^ but I think I'd better say "on Thursday" because I'd much rather exercise than study for my finals, but only one has a time limit u_u

I know ^^"" I can always do more, the only trouble is doing it /: all the easy stuff like walking and only drinking water I already do ^^"

M a student and I can't justify buying any food when my parents are paying 2,5k/sem for the mandatory meal plan :0 sucks, salads are so boring
