Maybe! We do have a golf course nearby. I run in the grassy margin between the sidewalk and the road, in my neighbourhood. And yeah, the potholes are crazy 😓 I’ve been running there for a couple years now, and this summer is the first time I’ve gotten injured like that. I don’t know what I’m suddenly doing wrong 😣

The lemon bars turned out pretty well, i ended up reducing the sugar from 1 1/3 cup to 1/3 cup, and added in more flour to replace it. That’s a good idea, thanks! I’ll add it in. I’ve heard the 10% thing thrown around a lot, but for now time is easier to track for me. And the trail is like a twenty minute drive for me, so it would have to be a weekend-only thing anyway.

I’m not totally sure how much I need to lose 😂 I’ve been overweight my whole life. I’m 23 and currently 178. I think losing 20-30 more pounds of fat will put me in good shape, but I guess I’ll see when I get there! I FINALLY lost another pound and a half, after like a four month plateau! I got 31.6” around my waist this morning and I was so excited ✨ it’s getting there!
