  • Try a "strength training" dvd, like 30 Day Shred, or even some kind of body weight movement, then work your way up to free weights at the gym. You can find some pretty good videos on Youtube, and they are much easier to handle when you are first starting out. You can do just general body weight exercises, like push ups,…
