  • I use the instant Quaker Oats Weight Control Maple and Brown Sugar kind. It's very tasty and filling. I microwave it at work for my morning break and my coworkers think it smells like pancakes.

  • I bought one of those hula hoops and I think it is only 2.5 lbs, but it hurts just a little. I am love hula hooping though and actually won tickets to a NBA basketball game by hula hooping once...but again, that was during my "fitter" times :)
