I've been diagnosed with IBS-C. Oddly enough, it was really bad when I was a vegetarian and ate really well (low carbs/dairy). Now I eat meat and cut down on the veggies I eat and now I don't have issues as often. Completely counter intuitive and weird. Everyone is different and what works for you might not be common but…

I do my C25K workout and lunges/squats/burpees on the same day. I figure I'm already warmed up. I work my arms on the C25K rest days.

W2D3 done! I kicked the hills butt today. I also decided to run the way back without walking, stopping to walk once. I'll be ready for W3D1 on Friday. :-D Hit 2.5 miles. So happy.

Congrats everyone on their victories! I am inspired by the folks at the other end of the program. I finished W2D2 (attempt 2) today my phone was malfunctioning and I kept missing my queue and I must have been hitting back on the C25K app because my Nike+ app said I did 45 minutes. Oops! Makes up for last Friday, I suppose.…

I'm only in week 2, but week 1 was the same way for me! I was almost completely out of breath. Hang in there and be amazed at what you're capable of.

Thanks, it's a good way to look at it. Once I realized I wasn't "getting credit" for my workout it was really easy to check out mentally. I've been a little irritated about it today, hopefully that gets me to the top next time.

W2D2 did not get marked off today. There is a hill standing between me and a nice little stretch of road with a view so I'm trying to not avoid it. The hill seemed longer and steeper today. I made it to the top of the hill during my C25K run. I couldn't walk a quarter of the way up it without giving up and going home a month ago (it's long and steep). I took a picture and sent it to my husband. :-D
