I haven't checked in for awhile, but I finishes W6D2 today. Which means no more walking intervals. :-D

Could it be the difference in what you burn by just breathing? Because I think MFP already takes that into account. I have the same issue and mine is about 80 calories an hour off, and I figure it's the calories MFP have already considered (my BMR).

I was wrong on my last check in, it was W4D3, oops! But I have not run since last Wednesday, and I am starting to go crazy. I get to go tomorrow and I never thought I'd be this happy to run! Agree. I pretty much question every week if I should move forward because it was hard, but then the next week I manage.

Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries, with a banana milkshake. Still sounds tasty. :-/ But there is no way I could have all three items in the same day anymore.

I exercise so I can have a sweet treat every night. :-) Eventually resisting other temptations during the day becomes a habit and I make myself a super awesome treat every night. One day I may forgo it for better weight loss, but not right now.

I started a couple days ago, and I did day 3 today. I'm really proud of myself because I bought it a couple years ago, and some hand weights and ended up donating it all because I couldn't get through the jumping jacks (seriously, after the second set I was like "NOPE").

I did W5D1 today. I can't believe I'm this far... It seems like I just started. I moved to some trails, and it was a lot of fun!

I'd try alternate ones, like reverse crunches, or bicycle crunches. That way you can practice isolating your abs while improving flexibility and muscle.

Knocked out W4D2 today, and finally moved to another area with smaller hills. With the new area I cut down my pace by 2 minutes per mile, and I still have some hills for strength. I had to walk for a short duration during the second 5 minute section, but I think I'm going to move on and if it happens again I'll repeat. Go…

Congrats on starting! I hope the pain goes away. I'm also doing C25K right now. After each run on the first week my entire body ached, but that has mostly gone away. Hopefully the bananas and water work for you.

It's getting bad. I use a C25k app, Nike+ (this has my really old data back before GPS, and I had a shoe tracker), MapMyRun, and just added Digifit for my HRM. Depending on Digifit, I might cut MapMyRun.

I finished W4D1 yesterday, I felt so good about it. I want to run everyday, and I am resisting that urge. When do people start running 4-6 times a week? Great job! I have to remember to slow down too. Running too fast? Sometimes I have the same issues when I didn't eat so great the night before or wasn't really hydrated.…

Good luck! Slowing down should help. I have to go so slow sometimes, I'm sure I look silly. I could walk normal and go faster than my slow run. But I don't care, I'm running :-)

Finished W3D3 today and have come to the conclusion that I have to run somewhere else due to the hills I always talk about. I mapped my route, and I have consistent 10-20% grades. W3D1, I hardly knew ya! I ran through my cool down and ended up doing 3.4 miles. It was a good day. I've noticed the same. When I eat a big dinner, I'm a rockstar the next day.

Go into restaurants/fast food with a plan and go into places with snacks. If you don't want to pre plan things, just remember moderation. Have fun!
