There's a group called Eating Disorders Support. That one might be good. (Unless thats the one u r talking about).. I dont suffer from anorexia, but the disorder has always fascinated me i guess because of the way the mind works. But i had stumbled across that group and thought it may help.

I needed to hear this about ur grandmother! I love the paranormal! Ive had experiencs with the ouija board and when I stayed at the Myrtles Plantation two times. Will tell later but i want to know what shows u guys love. I have seen all of "A Haunting" shows a hundred times lol. And "Paranormal Witness" is soooo good!

I have a favor to ask someone. Could someone be really sweet and figure my cals intake for me? My age is 41, female, 5'2, currently 197 lbs. I ride with hubby, long haul trucking, so my exercise is sedentary. Sometimes if i do actually get exercise in, pls let me know if i should eat back cals. Thank u!!!!!

So is this how mfp calculates things? It goes by TDEE and not BMR?

I thought we were supposed to multiply TDEE by 20% and that's what we were supposed to eat. Or if either we were supposed to eat 500 cals below our BMR. I'm thoroughly confused too!!I calculated both and came out with two COMPLETELY different numbers! So what do I go by?????? Oh, I really hope someone answers our confusion…

P.S. Do NOT try and do it all right away. No need to exercise more than a few times a week for awhile. And don't cut ur cals too much. If u start off hot and heavy, there's more of a chance of burnout. Expect it to take a long time. If u do it right, it will. Also, when I want to quit, I think to myself, "i refuse to start…

I've read that when u up ur cals from a pretty high deficit, that ur metabolism is catching up. Meaning, ur metabolism is increasing which is exactly what it should do :) I heard once it catches up completely, the lbs will fall off.
