Having a hungry day today. I've logged everything thru dinner and I'm over my daily goal but not by much. So, I'm ok. But dang I want to eat. And I have, so it's like those "I wanna nosh all day, days"

Ah triggers. They do suck. It sucks when I cant get food out of my mind. Food addiction for me :( I haven't done as well with my eating this last week or so and it's bugging me. I haven't gained but haven't lost this week. Well, tom is a new day. I need more friends preferably with open diaries. Someone hit me up??

I've always had issues with eating huge dinners and still do. I just drastically reduce my cals during the day. Eggs, and salads work best for me during the day. This does not always happen tho, but I still end up having large dinners. So, what I know about myself is no matter if I eat more cals during the day or less cals…

I do this regularly. I've averaged it over a few days too. I know someone who averages it monthly, so yep, I think it's fine.

lol, well crap. i'll have to try and fix the pic b/c it looks like i'm hiding. Well, I looked at the steel cut oats and they had like one gram less of one of the fibers and 1 gram more of protein, so I opted for the higher fiber one which isn't high at all.
