Think I have it figured out.

This entire time I've been working on eating right and getting my 10,000 steps in a day. Unfortunately, I often didn't get my 10k in, would feel like a failure, binge eat, and then erase my account and start new. The last two days, I took off my step counter and just concentrated on eating healthier and under calories. So far, it's been a success. Perhaps I was trying to do too much change at once. Once I get the eating under control, I'll incorporate more exercise into my plan to get this weight off. It's hard when you just want the weight to come off. I know I didn't gain it overnight so I won't lose it all overnight either...if only it was that easy.
