what does potassium do to my salt intake? I do eat most of those foods u listed. Does the potassium help flush it out or something?

yes, there are many spices out there, I just have no idea what spices to use on what. I will have to dabble around and look online for stuff.

I also wonder when people tell others how many cals they are consuming, are these gross cals or net cals. Not many people specify when they throw their calorie count out there. To me, this is extremely significant information that people need to divulge. It's the net that counts at the end of the day.

Lunch was a baby spinach salad with tomato, cucumber, almonds, leftover pork loin in it and an olive oil based dressing. Super was Lentil and turkey sausage soup with diced tomatoes, onion, baby spinach in it. seasoned.

I eat a salad made of baby spinach, tomato, cuccumber, bell pepper, hard boiled egg, leftover meat if i have some and tuna. U can add nuts, or red beans cold. yes, this was one thing i read about.....how the insulin can cause fat storage, but also I read that our bodies don't know what to do with the unnatural chemicals, so it stores those chemicals as fat.
