I have been very successful on Weight Watchers before, in fact I lost 80lbs on it and maintained it for about 5 years. Post 3 kids, I have put it back on. I decided to try MFP because it was free. The support at the meetings were really helpful but I have been pretty happy with MFP so far.

I buy the small boneless turkey breasts. I put it in the crockpot frozen and turn it on low. When we get home it is ready to go...it cooks in it's own juices. Can't get much easier than that. :smile:
