  • Yeah i hear ya, i just did i week full of HUGE exercise and a somewhat ok diet and i lost 0.2 pounds! i was kinda disapointed, but i said it's the muscles im develpoing, im doing strength training in almost every workout i do! so it could be that. LESSON: dont let the scale distingish how you feel!

  • I came from a clean your plate family too and i felt obligated to EAT EVERYTHING i had ON my plate. No i see it as if i take a Potrion (even if its a HEAPING portion, i have to eat it and finish it, and i cant help but take big portions. I more better mindset now in a way, but now wonder i gained my weight. also.

  • i Like that alot! i have a 20 day challege for me at my work ( i work at a gym as member services) and im taking all the hard core classes to be the sexiest i have ever been, lol! and TURBO JAM!
  • i did this and it was HARD AS HELL! only bc i got sick of the fruit and veggies only and i got light headed the 2nd day. BUT i lost 3-4 pounds that week, so it was potential, but becareful not to make yourself sick and if you have to eat a piece of card or bread, just do it bc your health is more important!@!

  • Dont be so hard on yourself, you just went through a tough event. Breaking up can either motivate you to be strong and move on, other times it will loose all motivation and you will feel lost, alone, and even hopeless with dieting.   • Nope the great thing about this is tht you can do low intesity and still get the same results! i follow MINDY sometimes if i know i feel fat that day, lol! Charlene is the best motivater, i beleive it is the best investment! And When i have more time and working norml hrs, i will be doing it everydayyyy!
