That's fantastic! I knew of a Marine who was allowed to stay in the USMC after having a lung removed due to an injury he sustained serving in Vietnam, but he had to prove he could keep up with the "rest of the pack" during PT - and he did! Just a thought - you need to "surprise" your body - vary your routine, i.e., 20-minute hard/intensive workout vs. 1-hour slow jog (if that's what you normally do). It's my understanding you need to constantly "keep the body guessing" and not let it "settle" or "adapt" to any particular routine. Key is to trick your…
