age: 30 sw: 171 (156 when i started MFP) cw:150 gw: 140ish we have different goal wieghts but i set mine at 140 because i want to be toned up. i wieghed 125 before and felt to skinny. good luck in your journey :)

i am 5ft7in and my goal weight is 140. i started at 171 and i am now at 150. i am mainly trying to just be comfortable with myself and be toned but i have to set a goal weight to work towards to keep me motivated.

i also would go with the lower number in order to help out with motivation. i am not 100% sure thoough which one to go with. i have also ran into the problem of comparing the same machine you use with what it says on MFP.
