To the OP, I absolutely know what you mean. These forums are a train wreck most days, full of snarky/trying-to-be-funny comments. It's gets so old! I feel horrible when I see a new member ask a question... it never fails, they get BLASTED. Stick with journaling your food and exercise and get away from these forums! :)

I just finished trying JM's Yoga Meltdown and I like it better than the 30 Day Shred. I didn't get bored and feel like it was a great workout! Loved it!

If I am hungry, I eat them back. If I am not hungry, I will not eat them, just to eat them. Eating when I am not hungry gave me the 10 extra pounds I am now trying to rid myself of. I am learning to trust my body.

I can't drink it either, without gagging. This week I used a scoop of my vanilla protein powder to make protein balls. There are many variations/recipes online, but I made mine with peanut butter, oats, 1 scoop of protein powder, a few raisins, and raw almonds.

I hear ya. I listened to recent posts and ate back my exercise calories.. went out for dinner and had a pasta meal and a glass of red wine. I just weighed and gained horribly. I won't be doing THAT again. - Hang in there and start over today :smile:

Today is Day 7 for me.. I have not missed a day. Days 1-3, I was very sore and dreaded doing it. Days 4 - 6 were much easier, I was a lot less awkward, and I feel amazing. I can feel a huge difference in the way my clothes fit. You can do this!!!

Today I am on Day 6, Level 1...it's getting easier and I am feeling much stronger. Days 1-3 just about killed me!

I am on Day 4 of 30 Day Shred and the first few days I was very sore and couldn't imagine doing any other workout. Now that I have a few days under my belt, I think it could be possible to do an additional workout. I am sure you will know right away if it's possible as soon as you start. :)
