Like the others have said, if a move is tough, just jog in place and keep on moving. Each day you will notice the moves getting easier. The 20 minutes goes by very quickly and you will feel AMAZING after!!!

My kids love to join me during the 30 Day Shred. My husband enjoys watching the "hip circles". I prefer to workout in peace, but I guess the extra company has just grown on me.....it doesn't bother me like it used to.

We pack our lunches/snacks and bring them in with us, in a bag. They cannot stop you from bringing your own food into the parks due to special diets/allergies, etc. I pack yogurt, fruit, hummus, veggies, and make healthy sandwiches. - Have fun!!
