Yes, it all seems to be good in moderation. I tend to over eat one day and starve myself the other if the food is not good, which leads to my other problem of getting fastfood to help me. Yes, I love it and it will always be probably somewhere I always go to so hopefully there are some good ways to get my fix in better moderation. I may try the bowl out again just not sure how much I would save in calories.

I never eat breakfast but my boyfriend just pawned this off on me and it isn't too bad. It is Carnation Breakfast Essentials, you mix it with milk and it comes in different flavors such as vanilla and dark chocolate. If you want something on the go it has protien, calcium and vitamin d. :)
