If you're worried about taking a day off, why not just take a day to do something different? Go for a bike ride, do a workout DVD, walk, dance, yoga, strength train.....that way, you'll still burn calories, but you'll exercise different muscles.

I agree, not all foods affect everyone the same. I was diagnosed with hypo 13 years ago, and have had the most success losing weight when I eat low carb, more protein. I don't have a problem with soy at all. I'd say try gluten free and see how you feel!

I try to keep a veggie/dip tray in the fridge, that way, if I'm too hungry to think about eating something healthy, I can munch on them until I figure it out. I also have a stash of single servings of dinner leftovers in the freezer, they would work in a pinch!

Ask your friends! I got a ton of clothes from my sister and my friends. You never know what's lurking in the back of someone's closet! You can always return them when they get too big :)

I've gotten a ton of great organizing ideas from Pinterest! As well as great ideas for how to use the clothes I have to get the look I want, new workout routines, great recipes...I could go on and on!
