When I was at a very lonely point in my life, I used that time to focus on myself. I walked for an hour every day after work, then did sit ups, push ups, leg lifts, etc, while watching TV. I'm that girl....yep. I saved my wedding dress and now that I've lost some weight am dying to try it on again. But I want to be alone when I do because I'm afraid it won't fit (lost weight but not in the right places)! Have been planning a renewal ceremony since we came home from the honeymoon :)

I replaced the mayo in my tuna salad with cottage cheese. Not sure if it would work with egg salad, though.

I do it after so I can use the calories burned from my HRM. I do tend to input my meals for the day before my workout to make sure I burn enough calories for what I want to eat ;)

New sneakers, HRM, workout pants a size smaller, a Pilates Wii game, 30ds DVD, new measuring cups and spoons, and borrowed a Wii Fit game and board. But I also got resistance bands and a Just Dance Wii game for Christmas.
