I make smoothies with coconut milk. ( use Thia Kitchen, it's the best, it comes in a can) add the fruit with the least carbs, blueberries and strawberries. Use stevia to sweeten. Very good put a few chia seeds in it and it keeps you full for hours.

Hello, I am trying to stay low carb, not crazy low carb, but low carb. For me that seems to work best. So, I use Don Pancho High fiber Low carb wraps and they only have 70 calories. I got them at Wal-Mart. They are pretty good.
