I use rundouble. I downloaded it originally as a c25k app but I now use it for the zero to 10k program. It also has a "fun run" program, as well as marathon training. What do you guys log the exercise as in MFP? I've been logging it as running 12 min mile but there's a huge difference in calories burned compared to dailymile where it logs my pace more accurately.

it is possible on a treadmill, I know most apps have a treadmill option. I just prefer running outside - running on the treadmill isn't a challenge because it just keeps moving. Running on the ground, I have to make myself run and it's a lot harder but feels better.

I'm doing a zero to 10k program at the moment and I'm on week 6. Week 5 was my worst because I completely lost all my excitement for it, haha.

I'm training for a 10k run on June 3 so that means running 4 times a week. I also swim 1 - 2 times a week and do yoga occasionally.

I'm Kimberley, and I'm from Christchurch. I joined MFP at the end of December as part of my new years resolution to learn more about how much my body needs to function but i didn't really start tracking until a month ago.

flat whites. The first time I included those in my calorie tracking I was like "oh no now I'll have to drink black coffee". The calories are less with trim or soy milk but I almost always use full cream milk.

My thighs get bigger when I do weights with them, maybe you should cut back on that?
