Hi, I'm new to this too. I'm going to go through and add all of you. Ahhh excellent idea. I wrote mine down in a journal but I know I'm never going to look at it.

My HRM measures in calories so I'm going to keep it in calories in my settings but it is really great to see them finally add in more metric options!

You look incredible! =)

That day changed my life, there isn't a day that I don't relive every single moment. I wasn't even that badly affected either, I didn't lose anyone and my house was fine and my job was fine and life pretty much continued as normal but it totally changed my life. <3

80.7 Back in May I got down to 78.5 and I was sure I would keep losing but in June I went back up to where I am and I've been fluctuating between 80 - 81 ever since. Ughhhhhhh.

I am a barista, so yessssssssss. Although, I'm super judgey and snobby about coffee so I won't be joining in in this convo =P

When I first lost weight a few months ago I had trouble not seeing myself at my old weight too. I would say sign up for more races if you enjoy them - try hill training if you haven't. Set your goal to maintenance for a while so you can adjust to your new body.

it goes amazing with red onion in any kind of salad - pasta, or green. I take a small tin to work with me most days for my lunch break and eat it with bread and butter.

kimberleycommonname.tumblr.com it's personal, but I post about running on there.

as a former big girl, it completely changed my outlook a few years ago when a really thin friend said to me that he hated when people made comments about his size. "do you ever EAT??" "you're so SKINNY!" etc. I had no idea that that was a terrible thing to say to someone, and it's possible that your girl doesn't know that…

There are two ejaculating penises. No matter how normal that is to you, that's def x-rated ahahaha.

I used to run in Hagley once a week before winter, I'm just waiting for the weather to get better haha. My friend and i used to do yoga afterwards too, it was amazing.

Apparently MFP are looking into incorporating the metric system. I still haven't figured it out and just guess running times etc. There's an NZ group if you search. And welcome!

Hi Christina, I'm also in CHCH. =) You're doing well so far!
-
You've definitely lost on your thighs, too! Do you have measurements?
-
You definitely don't look 44. You've made huge progress over the last 2.5 years, well done. =)
-
wow, it definitely toned you up!

I use rundouble to train for my 10k. There is a zero to 10k program (which is what I'm using) but there's also a 10k event training program which is a bit more intense. There's also a half marathon training app which I plan on using in the next year.

oh my god winter can go suck a ****, I just went for a run and it was so cold and windy, it's not even officially winter yet! Ugh! also: winter makes me consume more hot drinks more than anything so I'm going to keep my coffees to soy and try drink tea as much as possible

What is it that you want from a running app? Any particular features?

I just bought the Body Fat Digital Glass Scales from the Warehouse for $40 They seem to be pretty good but there's a lot of extra information that I have to get my head around haha. I like that they can remember 10 peoples' stats, so both my boyfriend and I can use it and have it personalised for both of us.

It took me about 5 times of going to each class to get used to it. I love the hell out of Body Step and Body Jam, and Body Pump is really good once you get the hang of it too.
-
I either stream ministry of sound radio, or play a MoS album. House/dance/techno all has a really good beat for me to keep pace to.
-
I use run double and I looooove it. My friends all have iphones and are a little jealous of the app, I think haha.
-
I eat one every day! ****ing love them.

The only way I know is to do the walking/running alternating, unfortunately! But over time your running time increases and your walking time decreases. When I was learning to run on a treadmill I would push myself for longer according to the counters on the screen - "just 1 more minute, just 20 more calories burned, just…

I'm 24, feel free to add me!
