So far I have been keeping up to date with my squats. Today is 130 squats. Ill have to make some time in today to get those completed. Hope everyone is doing well on this challenge.

I completed mine yesterday and still feeling good. I think I might try it with hand weights to get more of an effect.

I am going to give this a try and see what it will do with my butt. I know that it looks intimidating but i want to see if i can achieve a bubble butt. Cant wait to start tomorrow. Ill have to put it in my phone so I dont forget.
