  • Hi. I'm an RN. Hormones, including those in birth control, do cause weight gain. That does not mean that you can't overcome the weight. It just means that you are more challenged than the average person to lose it. Stay strong and keep up the diet and exercise and you'll be fine.:flowerforyou:
  • I dance with shimmybliss (member) and I hike the moutains with my other friend sun31shine. I can't afford gyms or trainers. I just hike and eat cuties when it gets really tough. they have some secret energy in them.:happy:
  • My friend and I hike South Mountain for health and I take bellydance classes in Mesa. So far I have lost 6 lbs.
  • 3-2-1 shakes do not curb my appetite in the least! If anything I just wind up with extra calories from the shake. I'm on a 1500 calorie diet and I am never below on my consumption, but fall below some days with exercise. I feel like I'm starving every day on a 1500 cal diet. I feel your pain.
