kind of an interesting thought but...you lost the weight of ME! I weighed-in at 141 last Monday. That's a whole person you worked off! Congratulations, what an inspiration you are! :flowerforyou:

I'm fairly obsessed with string cheese. Also, just ate a Nutrigrain bar...not the best nutrition-wise, but it was mighty tasty :)

If you want to try something, I've been having a lot of success with water. It seems to cancel out any of the bloating that comes with eating lots of sodium, as you're flushing out your system a lot. My personal challenge this week is to have at least 8, 8oz glasses of water, if not more, and it's made me feel so much…

Also, feel free to add me! I always like more friends :)

I'm 5'6": SW 146 CW 141 GW 135, just because it's in the center of the healthy range for my height and age, but I want to be a solid 135, which might mean seeing the scale at 133 if that means by the end of the day it says 135..? Playin' it by ear :flowerforyou:

Not to see a weight change before and after, but I do make sure to go before my weekly weigh-in...any little bit helps, right?? :P

Wow! congratulations on your weight loss! There's nothing like a concrete, tangible reminder of how things used to be and how you've improved your health. Keep it up!!

Saaame. Feeling pretty lousy this morning, after my Monday morning weigh-in showed me as UP 3 LBS since last Monday. :( It's hard seeing that "Pounds Lost" meter go down, but let's have a super good day and get back on track!

They just seem bulky to me, probably just as a girl, and as a dancer surrouned by all these petite stringy bodies in class. If it's genetics then I won't give it another thought and embrace it, just wanted to see if there WAS anything to do about it. Thanks!

I'm 5'6" SW: 146 CW: 138 GW: 135 (comfortable 135, so maybe 133 so I can be at my goal weight by the time evening social functions rolll around!) Pants size: I wear an 8/10, but I have a hefty butt to I don't forsee that changing, even as my tummy gets tighter.

Click the "FOOD" tab up top, then you'll see the options below it change (in the blue band that goes across the webpage). On the far right, click "Settings". On that page you can change which 5 nutrients are tracked in your food log. Hope that helps!

not in the gym, but definitely had that happen when I wore jeans from the day before (that I'd taken off along with my panties) and had the old undies come out the bottom of the pants as I walked to class!!! Have you ever cheated on a partner?

Based on the initial profile you filled out, how many calories did MFP put you at? I keep reading on here that the minimum daily requirement for anyone is 1200, so you might want to aim to NET that every day! Make sure you eat back your exercise calories!! Feel free to friend me, too

I don't weigh in more than once a week, because my weight fluctuates al the time. Doing it once a week is more likely to show the general weight loss over time, avoiding those daily ups and downs. I usually do Monday mornings, about half an hour after I wake up, naked. That's when I weigh the least (I've checked at the end…

This happened to me last night! I was out at a bar with a friend, just talking about stuff going on in our lives...and I said that I was feeling great lately, been working with this new program, feeling slimmer, eating better, etc. etc. She got mad at me! She's like talking stupid diets like counting calories pisses her…

In the three weeks I've been doing this, I haven't had a cheat day so much as allowing myself maybe one cheat meal a day on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday...depending what the social plans are, etc. That way, I feel like I'm still cheating but I dont have that "blah" feeling after a full day of letting loose. If it's…

you'll feel it in your core if you pull your fists all the way to your chest, and then lean back some (your core will work to hold you in place and prevent you from falling all the way back). In my experience, the rowing machine will only be an effective full-body workout if your form is right. is there anyone at the gym…

i tend to have...issues with peanut butter tho. Can't stop eating it by itself once the apple is gone!
