Sobe Lifewater 0 calorie and Cold brew Lipton.... And of course good ol' water!

In 40 lbs I have gone from a 42 DDD/F to a 40 DDD/F... Nothing lost. But when I was last a 36, I wore a DD so fingers crossed they go down a little!

I am definitely an unconscious eater. I eat on the go, forget to eat when I am busy, emotionally eat... But I have gotten better about not eating everything that is left out around me. And some of the junk food no longer tastes as good to me. So I am headed in the right direction....

I don't do much straight cardio myself (have exercise induced asthma as well), but have found that by slowly upping what I do I can do more without issue most days. I have found that HIIT and strength training are the best forms of exercise for me. Strength training builds up my muscles and burns calories (although not as…

Thank you for sharing!! :-)

It's all about patience unfortunately. And I can gain or lose 5 lbs in one day from water, so I don't trust the scale anymore. It's more about how my clothes fit and how I look. I have been using mine for about a month and it seems to be very accurate for TDEE. You shouldn't go too much below your TDEE or you could have a…

You may have to adjust your activity level if you are working out a lot. Mine is actually between the moderate and strenuous levels since I work out, walk and am more active than I thought. Even though I have a desk job, I do other things that bump up my activity level. If you are having to adjust your calories to stay…

I am slowly losing weight eating more. I have dropped about 15 pounds and a size and a half since starting to eat more and strength train. I don't do a ton of true "cardio". My exercise consists of a lot of walking, some mini runs, a little time on the arc trainer or elliptical and cleaning a cat shelter every Sunday (and…

Yes! Thank you to Helloitsdan, Heybales, Lucia, Kiki and all of the other people that have helped me on my right track (most without even knowing it!) THANK YOU!! :smooched: :drinker:  :flowerforyou:

Love, love, love this show!!! But I have been a huge Moffet fan since Coupling.

We have all done this. I have gotten better about logging things before I will eat them. It makes me think about if it is really worth it. I also work out a heck of a lot more than I used to and eat a lot more because I am working out and moving about so much (about 11 hours on average a week... have to fuel the body…

You can make them with peanut butter instead... still not great calorie-wise though.

I don't think everyone can be put in a box, but I would just like everyone to check out what their BMR & TDEE are (there are numerous calculators out there, but I like the ones at scoobysworkshop.com). For some people, again, not in a box, netting 1200 calories is way too low. And yes I can lose netting 1200, but the…

I am doing EM2WL and yes, you don't lose as fast, but I have done the low cal diets before and gained it all back after I stopped (and usually plateauing hard). Tried the low cal (netting 1200 calories) again this time, but when I lost my period for a couple months and was craving red meat like crazy, I knew something was…

Awesome work!! And it is so worth it!!

It took me about 6 weeks to see the definition in my upper arms start to really change and in my calves, but I have a long way to go weight loss wise. Those are the spots that I can see with my own eyes... I can feel my body changing under the layers of fat, but it is going to be a long process.

I have lost about 7 lbs (in 8 weeks) with a 20% reduction since I have a lot to lose yet. I went down almost a pant size in that time though, so it is not all about the weight loss (my stomach finally started to drop). I do a lot of strength training and a little cardio.

There are a few books you can get if you can't find information online. I like New Rules of Lifting for Women, Thinner Leaner Stronger, and A Woman's guide to Muscle and Strength. All three books have good pictures and plans to get you started on your journey!

I take a vivarin every day (200 mg of caffeine). This helps with the cravings for me :) It at least will give you a start... Otherwise unsweetened iced tea or coffee. :)

You can adjust your protein/carb/fat ratio by selecting custom goal setting. I currently have mine set to 40 carb/30 protein/30 fat since I am doing Eat More 2 Weigh Less. I don't hit my protein goals yet, but I am getting closer :)

I am a 40DDD and wear bras from Lane Bryant/Calcique (or hit Fashion Bug before they close the stores since the bras are very similar). They don't work great for running, but are fine for everything else :)
