  • I'm literally doing just that! Its a horrible habit and I try to remind myself that I gave the kids a "no eating at the computer" rule, to prevent spills and sticky keys, so I better follow it too. :) Otherwise, just sipping water tends to fill me up if I'm not actually hungry.
  • Good for you for using this experience to educate! Glad you weren't hurt! Whenever I walk outside (and most of the time) I walk with pepper spray in my pocket.   • I like to pick apart what I'm eating, and figure out the calories for every component of the sandwich (or meal). For example, figure out the bread by itself, the meat/cheese by itself and mayo or dressing, and then add it all together. Then you can just quick add your calories. It might not be perfect, but it's close!
  • I used to do Weight Watchers, and they say you can eat your exercise calories if you'd like, but you don't have to. You do need to eat your daily recommended calories!
