NO! Because the 3500 is over what your calorie consumption should be. You should only eat back exercise calories that get you back to your calorie goal for the day. I use The Biggest Loser for my Wii. It actually sets you up on a program of diet and exercise and tracks you. You can choose bob or Jillian as your trainer! It's really awesome!
