You look great. You obviously have worked hard. Can't wait to see 60 day pics!

Always good to have a graphic reminder. I actually had a body scan done on January 3rd thus year. Unlike fat calipers but like the picture it measured ALL my body fat and where it was located. My body fat percentage was 28% which, though, a little depressing (:)) was accurate. Just to give you an idea..... Women % by…

I'm doing P90x2.

I would like to see my abs.

I'm 62 to 6 3

FWIW - there is no way your just a 6!! More like 8 to 9.

I have to modify many of the moves - especially some of the pullup moves. My primary focus is on increasing my progress every time a push play. My diet is working out much better this go around.

I know I'm piling on but you do look great. Keep it up.

Good luck on your journey . . never give up! I would not bother keeping track of your calorie burn. It probably won't be accurate. I would stick to the higher protein lower fat diet for some time.

Two years ago I started and then completed P90x. I'm glad I could close the door. :) Honestly, use the bands, do half of it but as he says . . . keep pushing play. I did lose plenty of weight and gained lean muscle mass . . everyone noticed who had known me. My goal this year is to complete p90x2 and take the diet much…

Body Scan was easy - and there is an incentive to reduce your % with 90 days!

Not sure about the foam roller. It doesn't seem to do anything for me. I do like the rest. Just finished x2 core for the second time and becoming more adept at the new moves.

Stay on the diet and continue to improve my performance in Phase I of P90X2.

A very recent article suggests that, at the end of the day, FAT gain is the same. However, you will gain more lean muscle mass with a higher protein diet. Keep it up and you will like the way you look.

That is simply fantastic. Great Work and fun!

You are making a great start. However, I would strongly recommend some high rep weight training and beginning core work. You will born more calories in the long run. Good luck.

Whistling in the locker room should be banned. Singing on a treadmill in public is wrong. :)

I agree with the Protein Shake idea and general idea of a heavy on protein diet. Good luck.

It's expensive - but went for the sure thing - a body scan. It gave me accurate (better than hydro testing) information on my body fat, lean mass and more. While I'll be checking the scale the ultimate proof will be in 87 days when I go for a second body scan.

48 Years Old - Pretty "Decent" Shape - Runner and P90x Grad. Yet, I have a way to go. Just had a body fat scan which showed I had 28% body fat. 87 more days of P90x2 and the diet should help. The DIET is always the killer!! Good for three days though!

I completed a BodyScan (similar to MRI) which showed that I had 150.70 fat free pounds and 57.30 pounds of fat - which works out to 28% body fat. However, I understand additional the body fat scans (while accurate) tend to show a higher body fat%. I'd be curious what % of body fat I would need to be at for ideal fitness…

I am 48 years old. Started P90x2 on January 3rd. Over the past two years I have done two rounds of P90X, done some one on ones, and completed a couple half marathons. However, I have NOT take the diet seriously. To motivate myself this time, I had a body scan done which detailed my lean muscle and fat mass. My 90 day goal…
