Anyone sign up for a half marathon or would like to in the Spring? Looking for someone here to keep me motivated and on target. I'm on here and will log in to MapmyFitness.
I signed up for a half marathon scheduled for March 23rd in Dallas, TX. My flight and hotel is booked and I have told the world of my probably unreasonable personal goal. Anyone sign up or have done that marathon in the past? I'm looking to take 7 minutes off my best time of 1:57:xx. :drinker:
I'm in pretty good shape, have run a few marathons' and am looking for a another nor so Ho hum goal. I would need to be able to accomplish the goal before my 50th which is just under one year away. Long trek? Cool marathon? Trail run? Body mass goal? Something exciting Any of your ideas would be appreciated. .
I've completed both p90x plans and have done some running as well. I really want to bulk up a bit. Any good advice?
