  • Hi.... I am finding changing my routine is helping....I usually sat from 1.30 till 3.30 "resting for the afternoon in front of TV.... I was resting but my cravings weren't. I now am trying to be busy over that period of the day....sewing, cleaning, studying and find that my mind doesn't dwell on whats in my fridge.....…
