ah the where did you go to high school...just like saying a joke on halloween..only in STL! nut didn't fall too far from the tree....grew up Mehlville, live in Oakville, married to an Affton. lol

i have made muffins like this many times...never thought of cookies.. much easier on the go fof breakfast. I also found that the cheaper the cake mix, the better the muffins. experiment with pineapple, strawberry, and french vanilla cake mixes for variety. thanks for the cookie tip!
