Ok I'm in week 1 - 164.5 Jan 3rd week 2 - xxx Tues Jan 10th week 3 - xxx Tues Jan 17th week 4 - xxx Tues Jan 24th Total loss - xx Tues Jan 31st Started Jan 3 168.5 Current weight 164.8 Ok 3 lbs its a start why does it seem like I woke up one day and I was fat but why can't I wake up one day and be skinny.LOL
