Since joining this challange i wasn't able to go a night without a snact but I finally did it. 1 night down. :bigsmile:

So I was really tempted last night but instead I did 45 minutes of cardiio and made it through day 1 :smile:

When I am craving chips I eat a serving of triscuts with some garlic and herb laughing cow cheese on them. Super good and stops my salty crunchy craving. Today I even added a slice of cucumber on it.

I had this horible virus a few years ago. Lots of fluids and rest/sleep. I also agree don't worry about how many calories you are consuming as most probably aren't staying with you for long. Hope you feel better soon!

21 Days is a long time but I know that I can do this and so can everyone else. It is going to be a good challenge for me. I can't wait to prove to myself that I can do this. Thanks for coming up with this great idea!

That is awesome. I saw another post for Wendy's today and their site does the same thing. Sure makes it a little easier to go out to eat once in a while and be an informed consumer. I agree I wish more places would do this!

I agree. Toss the chips. If you need a crunchy salty snack try Reduced fat triscits with a wedge of laughing cow spredable cheese. This really helps me curb the chip cravings with a healthier snack. Stick with it. It will it. 15 lbs lost way to go!

I don't belong to a gym but have been pricing some of them out. I'm very excited about this. I do great eating all day and the second my son fall's asleep I start eating. I guess just boredom and watching TV. I am excited to see how competitive and suppotive everyone is. Is there a set time or is the cut off 2 hours before bed?

LOL :laugh: I haven't tried one of the fiber one bars but I have been eating the Kelloggs fiber plus bars. Does the same thing.

Kellogg's fiber plus antioxidants chocolate chip chewy bar is a new favorite. It is like having a candy bar but only 120 calories and 9 grams of fiber. I am totally hooked.

I have a hard time drinking plain water so I bring my 24 oz water flip top water bottle to work with me and put cold water in it with a tea bag. let it sit 5-10 minutes and Then have cold green or white tea.
