I started out Obese, still am. I'm 5'6 and started at 216lbs and have lost 20lbs in the 70 days I have been logging on MFP. I would love to hit 155 by my birthday in late September. That is my goal for now, and I will reassess when I get there.

After going back a few days in your diary I can see that you are not eating nearly enough. On top of that, what you are eating is a lot of pre-packaged food and take-out. Every night before bed I sit down and log everything I plan on eating tomorrow. It keeps me from having to worry about what I am eating next and keeps my calories in check. I adjust when needed, but I usually eat exactly what I have logged already.

Happens to me too! Before I started eating healthier I was thinking I had IBS because of all my crazy stomach issues. Now that I am eating better all those issues disappeared....unless I eat something fatty and high calorie or sodas. Chocolate has started to mess with my stomach too.

I wake up at 7am and usually eat between 8:30-9:30. I like to eat cottage cheese/oatmeal pancakes, scrambled eggs with spinach, tomato and cheese, oatmeal or cinnamon raisin English muffin with PB and a banana.
