Try this: stand on a step (with shoes on) with just your toes/balls of your feet on the step. Lower your heels as far as you can and hold for a 10 count. Then raise up on your toes. Repeat this for 3 sets of 10-15 reps. Do this 2-3 times a day. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEgx0qJp3HM
