  • Yes, the day to day fluctuations may mess with your mind. If frquent weighing is too tempting, one thing to consider is an app or program that trends weight. Similar to graphing but it does the work for you. I have used "Libre" but there are plenty other apps and even websites (such as https://trendweight.com/) that are…
  • Always happy to have new mfp pals... 4 weeks pp with 20ish pounds to loose.
  • Mommy of 4 with the youngest being nearly 1 month old. Happy to give and receive MFP support to other mamas out there. I had *finally* (after 6 years with the help of mfp in 2011) lost the baby weight from baby #3 when surprise baby#4 came. Thinking its going to have more/different challenges this time (anyone BF while on…

  • I'm due sooner than later (11/19)... but would love some new MFP pals... especially in the post birth turn around...

  • I'm a 35 year old family physician mother of 4. After giving my "you can make healthy food changes and incorporate regular exercise into your life" spiel for the umpteenth time last year, it occurred to me that I was not doing 'what I preached.' I am in no means in tip-top shape, but I am working on become more fit (and…
