I tend to eat Quest Bars; not cheap, internet only, but high in protein and fiber. I would be interested in any lower sodium bars out there. Quest bars tend to be in the 250-300 mg range. Any ideas? That's a tough one...I've found calorie burn estimators on the web that give almost 100 more calories burned in walking 3 mph for 60 than my fitnesspal; a 230 more calories burned per hour between ski machines (I have a 25 year old NordicTrack that is still giving a great workout!).
