I do not belong to a gym. I work a fast-paced job in a retirement home as a health aide and exercise on the side. Seasonal activities such as swimming, skiing, snowshoeing, biking, and walking are among my favorites. I'm going to be trying Jillian Michaels and Zumba soon.
