Lol, liked the article. I personally eat half a grapefruit (with a bit of sugar since I'm still getting used to the straight up taste) and two poached eggs for breakfast because it helps me to feel awake and energized. Not sure if it's maybe the strong citrusy flavour, but I just enjoy my days better with grapefruit. :)

I tend to be over my sugar limit by lunch time. I try really hard to avoid things that are highly processed or have added sugar, but as a college student it's really hard sometimes. I finally got my fats under control, so I'm working on the sugars more now. :)

I weigh myself first thing in the morning after using the washroom. I currently weigh twice a week (Mondays for a challenge from a different site, Tuesdays for my personal weigh). I used to weigh daily, but I found the up and down that occurs with our bodies just really made it hard.
