great job! i did day 6 level 1 today, and i can do everything except the pushups, so i do them on the wall. measurements for sure. i haven't lost any lbs since last week, but i'm down an 1 inch in the belly and .5 in the thigh!

at least you are restarting! i might actually make it to level 2 this time lol. i have started this umpteen times and just give up after a couple days because i'm so sore, but this time i'm busting through!

sucked it up and did day 4 on my lunch today. and actually helped and not as sore..for now :wink: weights definitely make a difference. i started this at one point a couple weeks ago and wasn't using weights since i couldnt find them, but now that i am i can feel a completel difference in the muscles used

you can totally do it! :) today is day 4 level 1 for me, not sure when i am doing it yet today. i felt great this morning when i woke up, then did my c25k wk 4 run and now I'm soooo sore.

just did day 3, and holy jelly legs trying to up and down stairs doing laundry! i totally agree it went faster and i found i could do more push ups and jumping jacks, everything really. and i start my wk 5 of c25k tomorrow so hopefully that will loosen my muscles up right away

you can use greek yogurt as a substitute for a lot of things too! here is a link to a page to show how much to substitute for how much it calls for :) I use applesause to, that makes it a little sweeter (IMO). i also add things like flax seed to up the nutritional value without any taste…

I completely agree with the HRM! when i do my 30ds i log as circuit training and it says 350ish calories burned, but i used my HRM and it was only 215. there are so many factors that it's hard to make it accurate, weight, age, how hard you are actually working...

if you have access to interet i think i have heard a bunch of people say the videos are on youtube so you dont have to buy them! i already had the DVD, for like 2 years :blushing: , but i am now on day 2 and feel much more committed then before. and my whole freaking body is sore for sure!

Just did day 2 this morning and muscles are screaming! I woke up pretty sore, the thighs and armpit muscles so I could go full force on all the arm weights but feel good. It's a good hurt :-)

I definitely can see it being addicting! I wanted to get an extra run in yesterday but it rained and I had to get groceries ( single parent so only an hour between daycare drop off and work) I also starred the 30 day shred today! Who'd have thought!!

there are 3 workouts, 3 levels. and you are supposed to do each level for 10 days straight. so level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days then level 3 for 10 days. does that help?

Okay, i started day 1 today instead of tomorrow, figured might as well get right into it! I was at 218.4 this morning. i took measurements wednesday so i'll go by those :)

don't give up! do what you can till you can move up. there are a ton of people who have to repeat weeks to build up their endurance to the next level. a friend of mine didnt do the program but she would walk a block, jog a block, walk, jog until she built up enough. breathing is a huge thing. i get side cramps usually…
