i tried so hard to do those things, but i didnt really feel a burn anywhere so i'm sure i'm not doing it right : / oh well, i guess i'll do what i can :) it looks much harder than it is! i was terrified after watching it, and it takes a few seconds to figure out what the hell to do, but hopefully it will get better
-
i have realized that i go deeper into the squats than in the 30ds, maybe that is why? my legs get super sore too, but the military march thing really helps stretch them out!
-
great job! i didnt make it to level 3 but i lost inches too! i'm in my first week of the ripped in 30 and i like it soo much better than the shred. keep up the awesome work!!
-
great job vander! i have to really focus on how i bend on my knees and land in some of the moves or my knees hurt too :(

so glad to see some other ladies starting! it's been a busy day, but i'm going to do it as soon as my kid goes to bed pretty soon. i'm scared/excited at the same time. i've taken about 2 weeks off after 30ds (only to level 2 for 30 days). i need some yelling at too!
-
these are great! i'm in between a chihuahua and a human head ;)
-
thank you for sharing! that really made me feel better about being that fat girl running down the street
-
great job!!!!!

you ladies are awesome! i had to take a break from running. i have tendonitis in my heel and it was flaring up big time so needed to rest it up. it's feeling betting after not running 1-1/2 weeks but i really want to get back out! i am doing other cardio things, tae bo is less impact on the bottom of my feet, but hopefully…
-
that is awesome! congrats!! my muscles are more sore just from doing the few minutes of level 3, i think it was the superman because the back of my whole body aches
-
definitely dont stress! this is all for you, took me a while to understand that! this is week 3 on week 4, or day 5 since i couldn't get 3 days a week in for a while and there is a complete difference, i got my breathing in check today and a good pace, so 1 more day at week 4 then i'll move up next week. we can do this!!
-
ddee..i have asthma, so i am actually repeating week 4 again, so it'll be day 6 on week 4, i've had some work issues and weather issues that i havent been able to do it 3 times in a week so it'll be week 3. i have to get my breathing under control and my pace steady before i'm comfortable moving up. that and i dont want to…

good we are still here!! i will be taking 2 days off this weekend as i'll be up north, and today was actually day 6 on level 2, but day 14 overall. i have a hard time with the military presses the past couple days, i get a twinge in my shoulder ;( i can do the majority of the plank moves, but not all of them yet, getting…

Great job! I'm in the middle of 30ds and might have to get this next
-
that is a great success! you should feel very proud!
-
thanks farmmandy! that makes me feel a lot better!
-
I've been doing the same as some others on here. i'm on day 8 of level 1 of the 30ds, doing it every day, and doing the c25k 3 days a week. so far i'm okay. on days that i run i drink a protein shake or i am starving for the whole day, and down water like crazy
-
yep, the hips have definitely gotten tight in the run, i have to really stretch them during the walking parts. i didnt run today, my body was not having it today, but hopefully i get one in tomrrow and i'll redo week 4 next week and hopefully kick a** this time!
-
that was the time my body was the most sore, now not really at all. today was day 8 of level one, thinking about going right to level 2 tomorrow, but we'll see how i feel when i get to it lol
-
you just have to make yourself! i had a couple days where it was literally the last thing i wanted to do, but had to! i just did level 1 day 7, and i'm feeling pretty good. i can't do the pushups normally, i never could, so i do wall pushups, better than nothing i guess, and the bicycle crunches, i can do it for a little…
-
awesome!
-
Today will be day 7 on level 1. I also can't do the push ups, i think i have to push too much weight up and my muscles arent quite there, so i do them on the wall which still works them a lot!
-
i do half and half lettuce/spinach mix. hardboiled egg, chicken, little cheese, and some salad toppins for crunch. i love ranch, so i found a yogurt dressing that is only 45 cal per serving
-
i've got about 70 lbs that i want to lose, but feel free to add me anyone if you need support! we all need it!
