not too bad, i did everything but the side lying ab thing, i did it but not very well. and the fast feet made everything jiggle, hopefully there is less jiggly after 30 days :)

    the side ab thing is HARD, I do the wimpy version. but that's ok :)

    i'm a bit late to this group (just found it!). I'm just starting day 1 today....and i'm also not planning on doing it EVERY day (I just finished 30 Day Shred at the end of September, and i'm wanting to maintain my weight now...so this is more something to do 3 or 4 times a week to keep fit so it'll take me longer than 30 days...but i'm still here for support too! :)

    i'm going to do day 1 of week 1 tonight when husband is out! :) i just finished watching it to see what to expect and it seems quite similar...but i know it doesn't mean it'll be EASY! lol

    ok, so I just did my first day of Ripped in 30. I think 30DS really prepared me for it, or it isn't as intense, because even though it was a tough workout, it didn't seem AS tough for some reason as 30DS...maybe because she pauses (briefly!) between exercises and segments (she certainly talks a lot more! lol). and i really LOVED her cool down stretching. a lot less rushed and more stretches at the end (and the warm up is longer too) than 30DS. so i really liked that. overall, I enjoyed RI30 more (so far!) than 30DS... but i know it'll get harder! (not that i'm wanting to go totally all out hardcore and do it every day ...but still). I've developed a major girl crush on jillian (not just cuz she's pretty lol) but because her workouts are just so awesome and effective! :)
