Every day gets easier! I have the next 4 days off work with my son home so really going to have to squeeze in time to get it done. I feel stronger already so don't want to stop now!

that's awesome! congrats! my hamstrings are still really sore from doing RI30 2 days ago! lol my muscles were never really very sore at all during 30 Day Shred, but for some reason this seems to be tougher!0

i have realized that i go deeper into the squats than in the 30ds, maybe that is why? my legs get super sore too, but the military march thing really helps stretch them out!0
