The HI in HIIT is for High Intensity...... :) which is equivalent to tempo effort atleast... tempo effort = pace that can only be sustained for short bursts of time....lot higher than what would be your regular 5K race pace.....

FitRadio....its an awesome app... lots of genre of music to pick from including electronic, dubstep, techno, pop, ....... i usually pick electronic.....but mix it with dubstep and techno...lots of Daft Punk, Glitch Mob, Deadmau5, Kaskade, Skrillex, Flux Pavilion........list gones on and on.... :)
