100 miles for me this month......

ran 4 miles this afternoon and finished 100 miles for the month...... may run another 3 in the evening....to keep up with c25k plan...

Started the couch25K advanced program this week so hopefully should be able to log in decent miles every day. Going for 125 miles in June.

Reduced miles a bit this week due to a race....... Ran my first 5k of the season this Thursday... Got a 20:21, 10th overall out of 350-400 runners... 4th in my age group....

also DEXA scan is the most accurate way to check body fat % it is also the most expensive...

try the 6 small meals a day plan....it works.... keeps ur metabolism revved up..... back it up with HIIT and Core and Strength training....
