Its been easier for me because I dont have any scales at home so I have to venture into town and in this weather i havent been bothered!! lol. Very pleased with my progress tho, def makes it all worthwhile x

Im 41 and just started and would love to stay in touch with other 40 somethings to see what problems we face at our age, Ive realised i cant drink as much wine as i used to without piling on the pounds lol!!
