Height: 5' 6" Age/Gender: 29/ female Highest weight- 250 ( when I was a kid and hit that marked again at age 22) Current Weight- 202 Current body fat - ??% Lowest weight- 189 ( about 3 years ago) and 156 (when I was younger that was after being diagnosed with diabetes and weighing around 250lbs). Goal weight- 160 to 175lbs
