Ok I just finished my first new workout. I tried day one of the 30 day shred. By chance does anyone know about how many calories you are burning because I would like to log it? Thanks! Keep up the great work everyone!

Week 1: 172 Week 2: 169.5 Week 3: 168 Didn't do as great with the water challenge as I should have so I am adding that to my own personal challenges this week!

I am only down a little over a pound also. I stayed within my calories, but was way over on my fat! We can do it this week!

I guess I am already bombing this challenge. I did not have hardly any water today!!! :( I will make sure I get it all in and do some stairs!

I would like to change my challenge goals. Weight goal 20 lbs. and non weight goal feel comfortable in a bathing suit. Actually put one back on! I did my planks today and they were harder than I thought, but I did it along with my couch to 5k workout!
