  • Just over 100 days till the MS 150. I have committed to losing 25 pounds, eat healthy, smaller portions and stay away from wine, beer and hard drinks. This will be much harder than riding 150 miles. Day one was a success, just a few more to go!
  • OK My fitness program started 9 days late. Just got back from vacation. This is Day one of South beach phase one. NO carbs, wine, desserts.......
